According to reports, Denise Richards has taken an important step in his legal battle with Aaron Phypers.
According to the latest findings of Us WeeklyDenise will call the mother of her separate husband to testify in court on her alleged “abuse.”
On August 29, Richards, 54, presented his list of witnesses for the audience next week, and includes the 84 -year -old mother of Aaron, Patricia Phypers.
At the audience, Richards is expected to argue that his current temporary restriction order against Aaron, 52, must become a permanent.
According to the judicial documents obtained by the environment, Richards said that Patricia “will testify with respect to the communications” he had with the actress “regarding the perpetrated abuse of [Richards] by [Aaron]. ”
The former couple, who married in 2018, confirmed her division earlier this year.
Richards said he expects Patricia's testimony to last an hour.
Aaron himself is also on the list of Richards witnesses, with plans to call him at the podium up to four hours.
In his presentation, Richards made a series of alarming statements, claiming: “Throughout our relationship, Aaron frequently drowned me violently, my head violently squeezed my head with both hands, my arms squeezed well, I hit me violently in my face and head, I was aggressively hit my head in the bath grid.”
She continued: “Threat to kill me, hold me with my knee on your back to the point where I would have to beg me to not kill me and pirate my laptop and phone and download all my text messages.”
