DDG has failed for now in its attempt to obtain an order for restriction of domestic violence that prevents Falley from taking his son, Halo, out of the country, but not for lack of attempt.
The rapper, the real name of Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., made serious accusations about Bailey in a new presentation of the Court this week after she fulfilled a order of restriction of domestic violence in mid -May. DDG must maintain his distance from his former “The Little Mermaid” and his son, who turns 2 in October. He was also ordered to refrain from contacting them in some way, including electronics.
On Wednesday, when a judge of the Superior Court of the Los Angeles County was expected to consider whether the temporary order is more permanent, the 27 -year -old influencer lawyer requested that Bailey prevents him from traveling internationally with Halo, specifically to Italy, claiming that there was a risk of kidnapping the child. The request of the Domestic Violence Restriction Order, which refused waiting for an audience at the end of this month, was supported by the DDG version of some of the same incidents as its ex 25 -year -old cited in its May presentation, according to judicial documents reviewed by The Times. It includes statements by Tonya Granberry, DDG's mother, and George Charlston, her fiancee, who is also the DDG driver, claiming that they found Apple Airtags that had been hidden in the rapper vehicles and in the Halo diaper bag, presumably by Bailey.
The DDG team complained in its presentation about the supposed “emotional instability and coercive control of Bailey”, its “repeated threats of suicide and self -injuries” and instances in which “the child's safety endangered while he was in emotional anguish.”
The presentation includes text exchanges in which Bailey sent countless frantic sound messages, many more than DDG responded. In an exchange, which occurred after he left after a discussion in 2022, Bailey sent text messages “claiming that he had a knife and implied that he would damage if he did not return,” says the presentation.

In February, Bailey told DDG by text message that “every day I want to die for the way you are ashamed online and allow other women to talk about me,” says the presentation.
The two dated two years before breaking in October 2023; His son was born a couple of months later. Bailey supposedly “armed” his pregnancy to try to persuade DDG to reconcile with her, says the presentation. The presentation of the court alleges that he tried to medically abort Halo in June 2023, but did not take the second dose of medicines that would complete the task.

[DDG] I was so disturbed by his condition that he immediately contacted [her] godmother to intervene and help. “
The presentation, which includes photos of a DDG thumb wound that said Bailey caused, points out that similar exchanges occurred last September and October, demonstrating that the alleged instability of Bailey is not a thing of the past, but a present and continuous danger. ”
The Bailey lawyer did not immediately respond to the request for comments of the Times.
