DDG says that Halle Bailey hit him, tried to abort Son Halo

DDG has failed for now in its attempt to obtain an order for restriction of domestic violence that prevents Falley from taking his son, Halo, out of the country, but not for lack of attempt.

The rapper, the real name of Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., made serious accusations about Bailey in a new presentation of the Court this week after she fulfilled a order of restriction of domestic violence in mid -May. DDG must maintain his distance from his former “The Little Mermaid” and his son, who turns 2 in October. He was also ordered to refrain from contacting them in some way, including electronics.

On Wednesday, when a judge of the Superior Court of the Los Angeles County was expected to consider whether the temporary order is more permanent, the 27 -year -old influencer lawyer requested that Bailey prevents him from traveling internationally with Halo, specifically to Italy, claiming that there was a risk of kidnapping the child. The presentation also requested that the audience continue at a later date.

The DDG team obtained the later date. His lawyer did not respond to the request for comments of the Times.

The request of the Domestic Violence Restriction Order, which refused waiting for an audience at the end of this month, was supported by the DDG version of some of the same incidents as its ex 25 -year -old cited in its May presentation, according to judicial documents reviewed by The Times. It includes statements by Tonya Granberry, DDG's mother, and George Charlston, her fiancee, who is also the DDG driver, claiming that they found Apple Airtags that had been hidden in the rapper vehicles and in the Halo diaper bag, presumably by Bailey.

The DDG team complained in its presentation about the supposed “emotional instability and coercive control of Bailey”, its “repeated threats of suicide and self -injuries” and instances in which “the child's safety endangered while he was in emotional anguish.”

The presentation includes text exchanges in which Bailey sent countless frantic sound messages, many more than DDG responded. In an exchange, which occurred after he left after a discussion in 2022, Bailey sent text messages “claiming that he had a knife and implied that he would damage if he did not return,” says the presentation.

“¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

In February, Bailey told DDG by text message that “every day I want to die for the way you are ashamed online and allow other women to talk about me,” says the presentation.

The two dated two years before breaking in October 2023; His son was born a couple of months later. Bailey supposedly “armed” his pregnancy to try to persuade DDG to reconcile with her, says the presentation. The presentation of the court alleges that he tried to medically abort Halo in June 2023, but did not take the second dose of medicines that would complete the task.

The rapper said that the singer-actor crossed his phone while he was asleep, hit him and hit him during a fight by phone, he falsely said that he hit his head in the flyer of his car during an exchange of custody and checked by planting apple planes in his vehicles.

He accused her in the presentation of tracking airps to appear without invitation to events and study sessions where she was, “often resulted in confrontations.”

“During the emotional bursts,” says the presentation, Bailey “has destroyed my personal property, including my laptop that contained critical music and word of content” and “stole my legal gun during an argument in August of 2023 and was found outside the house in possession of it.”

In March 2024, Bailey supposedly sent DDG “a series of alarming text messages that threaten to commit suicide and suggest that his little son, Halo, could also be harmed,” says the document. “Then he proceeded to drive his vehicle, with the child in the car, while he was in an emotionally deranged state. [DDG] I was so disturbed by his condition that he immediately contacted [her] godmother to intervene and help. “

The presentation, which includes photos of a DDG thumb wound that said Bailey caused, points out that similar exchanges occurred last September and October, demonstrating that the alleged instability of Bailey is not a thing of the past, but a present and continuous danger. ”

The Bailey lawyer did not immediately respond to the request for comments of the Times.

DDG learned of Bailey's restriction order against him through a telephone alert in the middle of a live broadcast in May; The application for the application was not notified because Bailey, according to judicial documents, feared he would retaliate with violence or when he took Halo from the area.

In his statement, Bailey accused DDG of “biting” his millions of fans on Twitch and YouTube every time he “wants to cause discomfort.”

“He states that I am taking our son and that I am with other men. As a result, I receive threats and hate in social networks. It seems to try to establish a drama for their fans. It goes 'live' that stripping about me and alleges that I stay halo of him. This is false. I have requested a pond schedule, which he refers to.”

She also said that she often calls her “B …” and says he is “evil.” He detailed a physical altercation of January of this year that ended with his bruise with a chipped tooth. Bailey was giving DDG to her son and hit him in the rapper-stream car when, according to his presentation, he asked when he would be returned to the child. A verbal dispute quickly turned physically, said the judicial document, and he threw his hair and hit his face on the steering wheel.

But DDG says that is false, according to her presentation, she hit the steering wheel while throwing herself forward from the back seat while trying to hit him. He says he tried to “protect” down his arms so that she couldn't continue hitting him.

“I wanted to get out of the car with Halo but now I was caught,” Bailey said in his presentation. “Darryl then said that, since he wouldn't leave the baby in the car, he would take me with them. He quickly led to his house. When we got home, he was crying and told his family what happened. I begged his family that he was there to help me imagine a schedule with him. They said he left Halo and go. I left hysterically.”

A hearing in the case is now scheduled for July 24.

On Thursday night, DDG lamented its public status in X (previously Twitter) and obtained a reaction aid in return.

“Now I know how Michael Jackson felt being famous,” he wrote. “S— Crazy.”

For the most part, X users did not agree. Here is a sample of the reactions:

“Let's point lower, you are more Latoya Jackson in terms of fame.”

“You are a Z Lister. Stop comparing yourself to a real talented man who had closed the streets for him and was recognized worldwide.”

“All crazy are their own crazy. But Michael Jackson lived a life that few can imagine. It is not really the same.”

“MJ acted for presidents, royalties and broke world records. And you? You became viral on Tiktok. Oh, let's go man, I know serious.”

“You are not famous brother … You are known.”
