Several top companies, including mortgage lending companies, CPA practices, employment agencies, and credit unions, have earned spots among the best places to work in the United States of America. USA Today reported.
These rankings are part of an exercise conducted in conjunction with Energage and USA TODAY surveys.
First, the Top Workplaces USA awards honor medium and large corporations, including those operating in different sectors. Employer eligibility criteria require employers to have at least 150 employees.
Winners are chosen based on ratings provided by workers through the Energage Worker Engagement Survey, where companies are ranked based on survey results accumulated over a 12-month period in 2023.
1. Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp., a mortgage lending company based in Madison, Wisconsin.
2. Plante Moran, a certified public accounting and consulting firm in Southfield, Michigan.
3. Aya Healthcare, a travel nursing staffing company based in San Diego.
4. New American Funding, a mortgage lending company in Tustin, California.
5. Mountain America Credit Union, based in Salt Lake City.
Of these 7,000 invited employers nationwide, 2,227 actively participated in the employer survey; Additionally, 1,531 employers obtained these values through the survey process.
According to Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, the Top Workplaces award allows companies to showcase their cultural strength on a national platform and also helps attract the best candidates.
