Vistara, the joint carrier of India's Singapore Airlines (SIA), will launch a five-week CDG route between Mumbai and Paris starting March 28.
This will be the airline's second route to Paris, complementing its Delhi-CDG operations, which also currently have five flights per week.
This will be Vistara's third long-haul route from Mumbai after London and Frankfurt.
As with its other European routes, Vistara will deploy a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner to Mumbai-Paris.
The airline's Dreamliners feature 30 lie-flat business class seats in a 1-2-1 configuration, as well as economy and premium economy class seats.
On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, UK23 will depart Mumbai at 1405, arriving in Paris at 2010. The UK24 return service will depart CDG at 2210, arriving back in Mumbai at 1035. next morning.
Introductory fares from Paris to Mumbai, round-trip, start at €1,999 for business class, €999 for premium economy class and €499 for economy class service, says Vistara.

Vistara, a 51:49 joint venture between India's Tata Sons and SIA, currently has a fleet of 67 aircraft, including 51 Airbus A320 neo, 10 Airbus A321 and six Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners. The airline is expected to join a rehabilitated Air India under joint Tata ownership in due course.
