Rotana plans to launch its first property in Pakistan and recently announced the signing of a franchise agreement with Signature Complex LLP Islamabad for the opening of its first property in Pakistan. The new property, Signature Rotana Islamabad, will be a 522-room 5-star flagship hotel, consisting of 378 hotel rooms and 144 branded residential apartments. It will also offer a state-of-the-art business center with six meeting rooms, a banquet hall and a multipurpose space, as well as two specialty restaurants and a cafe, various wellness and relaxation services, and an indoor pool and gym, in addition to an exclusive spa, thermal facilities and other self-care salons.
