Kerzner International has officially opened its latest One&Only One Za'abeel property in Dubai.
Positioned as its first vertical urban resort, its interiors are designed by Jean-Michel Gathy and feature a mix of rooms, suites and a Villa One penthouse.
The interiors include a neutral color palette and subtle sand motifs in its textiles, artwork and sculptural lighting.
The luxury complex has two skyscrapers crossed by the world's longest cantilever, The Link, a boulevard that floats 100 meters above the street.
The different types of suites at the resort include the Za'abeel Suite with 180-degree views of the Dubai skyline, the Creative Suites which have acoustic panels and the latest audio-visual technology, as well as the Royal Suite which has three distinct living rooms, including an exclusive dining area. with capacity for 10 people and a private living room.
The complex also features two-story spaces, including Skyline Loft and Villa One, while the 755 m2 Villa One penthouse reimagines One&Only's exclusive beach villas and features two bedrooms, a majlis, an outdoor infinity pool free, a cinema and a gym. Access to a private chef too.
Food and beverage options will be present at The Link. At the top of The Link is Tapasake, One&Only's local concept serving contemporary Nikkei cuisine against the backdrop of views of the Dubai skyline and the longest suspended infinity pool in the UAE.
One&Only One Za'abeel will also welcome Dabiz Muñoz, who brings his iconic StreetXO concept to Dubai. Guests can also enjoy Indonesian cuisine at Andaliman, One&Only's newest local concept, and Aelia, which celebrates the French Riviera through its cuisine.
The resort will have two gala rooms, six meeting rooms and a private club for suites on the 53rd floor.
One&Only One Za'abeel is also home to Clinique La Prairie's first Longevity Hub in the UAE. Spread over three floors, Clinique La Prairie's Longevity Hub consists of 29 treatment rooms for wellness and clinical therapies, a Movement Studio with gym, a Longevity Bar and the region's first Longevity Index lounge.
