InterContinental debuts in Auckland – Business Traveler

InterContinental Hotels & Resorts made its debut in New Zealand's largest city with the opening of InterContinental Auckland.

On the city's waterfront at One Queen Street, InterContinental Auckland is home to the $1 billion (NZD) Commercial Bay lifestyle district, home to the city's most modern office, retail, social and dining hub .

The hotel offers 139 rooms and suites, with panoramic city and water views, located between the 6th and 11th floors.

In partnership with internationally renowned chef Gareth Stewart, Advieh Restaurant & Bar opens its doors as the hotel's all-day dining destination, introducing a contemporary twist to Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine while championing the finest produce from New Zealand.

Beyond the restaurant itself, the hotel says Advieh will influence its Club InterContinental lounge (opening in June 2024) as well as the in-room dining menu.

The hotel will also open a 24-hour fitness center with direct access to Commercial Bay, which features some of the most exclusive retail stores in the country, as well as a rooftop bar on level 21 opening later this year, independently owned from renowned hospitality experts. , Five boys.
