IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced a management agreement with Siddhya Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd. to develop the Holiday Inn Resort Kufri, scheduled to open in January 2026. Located in the picturesque town of Kufri in Shimla district, Holiday Inn Resort Kufri will offer panoramic views of the mountains and forest, enhancing guests' experience. The resort's hilltop location will provide easy access to Shimla, Chandigarh and other parts of North India, catering to independent travelers as well as the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) and wedding segments. The resort will feature 100 well-appointed rooms, including 10 exclusive suites, in addition to several dining options, a spa, versatile meeting and event spaces, a grand ballroom, a fully equipped fitness center, a swimming pool and retail spaces.
