IHG signs new construction hotel in Abha, Saudi Arabia

IHG has signed a franchise agreement with Firdous Abha Hotel Holding Company for a newly built Hotel Indigo in Abha, Saudi Arabia.

Hotel Indigo Abha, scheduled to open in December 2025, will be located on the main road linking Khamis Meshit town and Abha airport.

The hotel, which will be managed by Aleph Hospitality, will have 110 rooms.

Facilities will include a restaurant, meeting and event spaces, a cafe and a gym.

Abha is recognized as a premier summer destination for domestic and international travelers in the Kingdom and is a key city within the KSA Vision 2030.
