Hyatt to rename Indian Wells property after $64 million renovation – Business Traveler

The property's HyTides water park has a total of nine pools, as well as “a set of 30-foot-high (150-foot-long) dueling water slides, a 450-foot lazy river, and family favorites like a large splash area. ”.

Other facilities include tennis and pickleball courts, 88,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, including a renovated mezzanine.

The hotel is also surrounded by several golf courses, including Indian Wells Golf Resort, Desert Horizons Golf & Country Club, Toscana Country Club and Palm Desert Country Club.

It's also located a couple of miles from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the annual Indian Wells Masters tennis tournament, and about a 25-minute drive from Palm Springs International Airport.

Hyatt recently announced that the group's portfolio had reached just under 130,000 rooms, a record number and an increase of almost 85 percent since 2017.
