Hyatt House debuts in Shibuya, Tokyo – Business Traveler

Hyatt has opened Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya, the first Hyatt House-branded property in Tokyo.

The property features 126 spacious apartment-style rooms measuring 344 feet (32 square meters) or more, including 18 suites.

All rooms are equipped with a kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave oven and refrigerator.

Inside the hotel, guests have access to a 24/7 fitness center and an indoor pool overlooking a rooftop garden.

Strategically located near the world-famous intersection in front of Shibuya Station, the hotel is in the heart of the fashion district, home to many of Tokyo's most popular shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.

As such, Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya is also conveniently close to Harajuku, a popular center of culture and fashion, and Shinjuku, as well as Meiji Jingu Shrine.

Located in Shibuya Sakura Stage, a new two-tower complex, the hotel offers direct access to Shibuya Station, one of Tokyo's main transportation hubs.

Moss Cross Tokyo, Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya's main restaurant, is a casual space offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition to a Western-style breakfast buffet, the lunch and dinner menus fuse modern Japanese-French cuisine.

The hotel also has a lobby bar, H Bar, as well as the 24-hour H Market, where guests can purchase drinks and snacks.

This opening is the Hyatt House brand's second property in Japan, following the debut of Hyatt House Kanazawa in Ishikawa Prefecture.
