Saudi low-cost airline Flynas recently launched direct flights from Jeddah to two destinations.
It has added Mumbai in India and Asmara in Eritrea to its expanding network of international destinations.
Starting Monday, January 15, flynas began operating two weekly direct flights to Mumbai on Mondays and Wednesdays.

The airline aims to connect more than 70 national and international destinations with more than 1,500 weekly, with the aim of reaching 165 national and international destinations, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
In recent months, Flynas has accelerated the growth of its routes from Jeddah. In August, it began flights from Osh, Kyrgyzstan's second-largest city, to Jeddah. Then, the following month, it inaugurated flights from Bishkek, capital of Kyrgyzstan, to King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.
In addition, it introduced two weekly direct flights between Jeddah and Almaty starting September 2. On November 7, a weekly direct flight began between Jeddah and another destination in Türkiye: Ankara.
Saudi Arabia's National Aviation Strategy aims to enable national airlines to connect the kingdom to 250 international destinations and accommodate 330 million passengers and welcome 100 million tourists annually by 2030.
