Finnair has expanded its partnership with IAG Loyalty, following the adoption of Avios as a loyalty currency in March 2024.
From today (22 May), customers will be able to transfer Avios of any value between their Finnair Plus and British Airways Executive Club accounts, as long as they have linked their accounts on ba.com or finnair.com.
Customers will also be able to link their British Airways Executive Club account and their Qatar Airways Privilege Club or Iberia Plus account.

The flag carrier has joined oneworld partners British Airways, Iberia and Qatar Airways in using Avios as currency for its frequent flyer programs.
Please note that Finnair has also adopted a spend-based model for earning Avios, similar to already in force for the Iberia Plus and British Airways Executive Club programs.
