Marriott has signed agreements to add three luxury hotels in the United States to its portfolio this summer.
First, the current Conrad New York Midtown will leave Hilton's portfolio on June 4 and join Marriott's Luxury Collection the following day.
The property is located on West 54th Street, and joined the Conrad brand in 2019 (formerly known as the London NYC hotel). In the future, it will be named The Luxury Collection Hotel Manhattan Midtown.

Meanwhile, five-star Newport Beach property The Resort at Pelican Hill (pictured below) will join Marriott's luxury portfolio on July 1. The 504-acre resort hotel features two 18-hole golf courses and is expected to join the St Regis brand “at a later date.”
Finally, the existing Turtle Bay Resort on the north shore of Hawaii's O'ahu island will join The Ritz-Carlton brand later this summer. The property features a mix of beachfront rooms, suites and bungalows with ocean views, and is within walking distance of no less than seven beaches.
