Hong Kong's Cathay Pacific Airways will resume seasonal service to Barcelona this summer.
The oneworld airline will fly Hong Kong-Barcelona from June 17 to October 26, three times a week.
Cathay will deploy a three-class Airbus A350-900 on the 14-hour service.
Flights will leave Hong Kong every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 00:25 to arrive in Barcelona in the morning.
Return services will leave Barcelona at 1:00 p.m. and land in Hong Kong early the next day.
The Cathay A350-900 aircraft has capacity for 38 people in business class 1-2-1, 28 in premium economy class 2-4-2 and 214 in economy class 3-3-3.
Cathay will continue its year-round service to Madrid Barajas, currently also scheduled three times a week on the A350-900.
Cathay recently completed its initial A350 order after taking delivery of 30 A350-900s and 18 larger A350-1000s from Airbus.
