Oneworld member Cathay Pacific once again teams up with Michelin-starred French restaurant Louise to take a new take on traditional French cuisine to the skies.
Building on the airline's new “Flavors of Hong Kong” selection created in collaboration with Cantonese fine dining restaurant Duddell's, Cathay Pacific says it is excited to partner with Louise to introduce an exclusive menu of 16 reinterpreted French classics available to passengers. customers who fly first. and business class on select long-haul flights departing from Hong Kong.
First class
First-class appetizers include Obsiblue prawns with herb consommé, followed by a selection of exquisite main courses including steamed Chilean sea bass with chorizo sauce and ballotine chicken with supreme sauce, a nod to Hong's signature roasted yellow chicken.
