The new Heirloom restaurant serves South African-inspired cuisine under the direction of Cape Town chef Gregory Czarnecki, and other food and drink options include the Pool Bar, Library Lounge and the renovated Bascule Bar and Lounge (opening in June) .
The hotel also features an outdoor pool and the new Fairmont Spa at Cape Grace.

Cape Grace joins Accor's portfolio of more than 90 Fairmont hotels, including the Fairmont La Marina Rabat-Salé in Morocco inaugurated in 2022.
Last year, the group announced plans to open two Fairmont properties in the UK.
The Mere in Cheshire to join the brand following a program of restoration, redesign and expansion, and Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf and Spa is also undergoing a multi-million pound refurbishment project before adopting the Fairmont brand.
