British Airways to increase flights from Delhi to London Heathrow

British Airways will expand its presence in India with the addition of a new daily flight between Delhi and London Heathrow, starting April 20, 2025. This move will increase the airline's schedule across India to 63 flights per week, covering five cities clue. . British Airways currently operates 56 weekly flights, including three from Mumbai, two daily flights from Delhi and daily services from Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The next flight will be operated by state-of-the-art 787-8 aircraft, equipped with Club World, World Traveler Plus and World Traveler cabins.

Neil Chernoff, director of planning and strategy at British Airways, expressed excitement about the airline's landmark year, which marks 100 years of flights to India. Chernoff said: “I am delighted to announce the addition of a third daily flight from India's vibrant capital, Delhi, offering convenient travel options from India to London Heathrow and our extensive global network of over 200 destinations.” Similarly, Moran Birger, British Airways Asia Pacific and Middle East Sales Director, emphasized the importance of this historic year and underlined the airline's long-standing relationship with India and its people.
