The first passengers on the airline's flagship route to New York's JFK airport will be offered Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame 2015 (from March 1 through the end of the year) and, starting this month, visitors to the Concorde Lounge at Heathrow T5 will be able to taste Pommery. Cuvée Louise 2006.
The champagnes were chosen by Tim Jackson, who worked as a full-time BA Master of Wine at the end of 2022.

The airline also highlighted the work being carried out to improve the safety of its First Wing in T5 – As previously reported, the facility is currently closed. while new CT scanners are installed, and BA said it would reopen “in the coming months”.
“We know how important food and beverage are to our customers, both on the ground and in the air, as we served around one million bottles of bubbles last year alone,” Jackson said.
“We spend a lot of time carefully selecting the highest quality rotation to meet our customers' expectations. “We look forward to hearing from our frequent travelers about their favorite champagne and will continue to evolve our offering.”
