Akasa Air introduces revamped inflight menu at Akasa Café

Akasa Air has introduced an enhanced in-flight food and beverage menu for Café Akasa, its in-flight dining service. The new menu offers a variety of gourmet meals, snacks and refreshing beverages, catering to a wide range of dietary and culinary preferences. This menu update is the result of an extensive exercise to understand customer preferences and dining trends, ensuring a unique and differentiated dining experience in the skies. The new menu features more than 45 options, including fusion foods, regional appetizers and exquisite desserts, meticulously crafted to offer an unforgettable gastronomic journey.

Cafe Akasa's revamped menu harmoniously blends global flavors with regional delicacies, featuring industry-first options like Chaat-buster Box, Kosha Chicken Malabari Wrapper and Khow Suey Chicken. Delicious desserts like Chocolate Pistachio Verrine and a kid-friendly Triple Treat Nutella sandwich are also part of the new offerings. The menu includes healthy options such as fruit and feta salad, chicken shawarma salad and lean protein bean salad, ensuring customers can maintain a healthy lifestyle while traveling. Beverage upgrades include mango kombucha, basil shikanji, masala tea, hot chocolate, green tea and coffee options.

Akasa Air's menu also includes a variety of ready-to-eat meals such as Tomato Cheese Pasta and Vegetable Fried Rice, with new additions such as Khow Suey, Hyderabadi Veg Biryani and Chicken Curry Rice starting in July. The airline features special holiday meals inspired by regional specialties associated with popular holidays and special occasions throughout the year.
