This week, Accor's Mercure announced the opening of the Mercure Dubai Deira in the United Arab Emirates.
The hotel is located a 15-minute drive from Dubai International Airport and is close to Gold Souk Metro Station and also Dubai Bus Station.
The 152-key property has a variety of room types including classic, superior, privilege and family suites.
Food and beverage options here include companies like Farmstead, which features a unique garden-to-table concept with indoor and outdoor seating offering low-carbon meals sourced just steps from the kitchen.
Blue Panda is the property's pan-Asian restaurant, while Souk Nook Deli & Café is a local deli serving fresh coffee and small bites. Atmos Rooftop Lounge is located next to the hotel's infinity pool.

In addition to the pool, other hotel amenities include a fitness center that is open all day.
Mercure Dubai Deira has several meeting rooms and the hotel also has large outdoor terraces that can serve as event spaces.
Mercure, founded in 1973, today has more than 950 hotels in more than 60 countries in key cities such as Rio, Paris and Bangkok, among others.
