Castlevania: Nocturne has a season 2 premiere date, but it's coming later than fans expected. If you were hoping the beloved vampire series would return in time for the spookiest season yet, I'm afraid I have some bad news:
Among the top streaming service's first announcements for Netflix Geeked Week is a trailer and release date for the series' latest season. Castlevania series, but unfortunately new episodes won't arrive until January 2025.
The new year promises to bring us great things, as we already know. Rupture Season 2 is coming to Apple TV Plus in January, but with Castlevania: Nocturne giving off such creepy vibes, it's a shame fans will have to wait for its return.
The good news is that it's already on the way and Netflix has released some interesting details. Check them out below.

As mentioned above, Castlevania: NocturnThe premiere is scheduled for January 2025. According to Tudum, we will see the return of important characters from the first season, such as Richter (Edward Bluemel), Maria (Pixie Davies), Annette (Thuso Mbedu), Edouard (Sydney James Harcourt) and Tera (Nastassja Kinski). However, when we see them again, they will have undergone “major emotional or physical changes” after the events of the first season.
There will also be the return of Alucard, Dracula's son (speaking of nepotism), voiced by James Callis from the original. Castlevania Series. During the second season, he becomes a reluctant mentor to Richter and Annette, and it will be interesting to witness that dynamic.
As for the plot, Netflix has confirmed that the second season of one of Netflix's best anime picks up with the French Revolution. The ruling class of oppressive religious figures and exploitative imperialists has been infiltrated by literal bloodsuckers, including the vampire messiah, Erzsebet (Franka Potente), so there's plenty to get excited about.
