Paul Smith to stage the next show in Milan

Sir Paul Smith will organize his next show in Milan during the next season of male clothing in the Italian fashion capital in June, in a great change in the international catwalk calendar.

Sir Paul Smith, the best independent designer in Great Britain, will come in Milan in June – Paul Smith

The British designer will celebrate his show at 5pm on Saturday, June 21, the second day of the Milan Uomo Four Fashion. This will be Paul Smith's first show at Milan Fashion Week, which appears in the official calendar of the Nazionale della Italian fashion, the governing body of Italian fashion.

The decision will be good news for the camera, which has been losing shows for men following Covid, partly because many Italian labels now bend their male clothing shows in joint gateway exhibitions during the women's clothing season.

“For the first time, I am delighted to show my new collection as part of the fashion week of the men of Milan in June. I have proudly had my own exhibition hall in Milan for 22 years and have a great affection for the city. I will be to organize a lounge style show that I know will be intimate and honest with whom we are,” said Sir Paul Smith, founder and designating of the most successful independent fashion house in Britain.

The British brand will present an intimate showcase of its spring/summer 2026 collection in its Milan exhibition room in Viale Umbria, the welcome press, buyers and guests to join them. Smith's shows and presentations can vary greatly. Paul's most recent was a design tutorial with live models in Paris in January, where he explained the inspiration, his father's love for photography, in addition to a dad -dark room model.

Previously, Smith has demonstrated his male clothing collections consistently during the Paris male clothing season, probably the most loyal foreign designers to the city of Light. Although the designer has a deeply rooted love by Italy, he owns a country house in La Toscana and obtains many of his design ideas from the Italian Peninsula.

Since the first days of the company, Paul Smith has enjoyed a deep connection with Italy. Inspired by the innate style of the country's residents and working with their expert artisans to create a higher product, Italy is a key part of Paul Smith's story, said the London -based house in a statement.

The house was careful to underline in its launch that Paul Smith is the main independent design company in Great Britain and a true fashion institution. From 1970 with a single three -by -three store in the hometown of Paul in Nottingham, it has become a global company, with more than 130 stores in 60 countries. Throughout this, the governing principle has been Pablo's design philosophy of 'Classic with to Twist', with each piece that reflects his irrepressible spirit.
