Louis Vuitton has become the principal partner of the Monaco Grand Prix, further cementing its relationship with Formula One's most glamorous race.
This multi-year collaboration continues the official partnership between Louis Vuitton and Formula 1, which dates back to 2021 in Monaco.
Previously a member of the Automobile Club de Monaco from 2021 to 2024, and then of Formula 1 since 2025, Louis Vuitton has celebrated the victories of Max Verstappen (2021 and 2023), Sergio Pérez (2022), Charles Leclerc (2024) and Lando Norris (2025) at the Monaco circuit.
Each victory is hailed by presenting a custom Louis Vuitton Trophy designed to protect and display the Monaco Grand Prix trophy.
“Louis Vuitton is proud to reaffirm its commitment by becoming title sponsor of the Grand Prix for the first time, a status symbolic of legend, elegance and audacity,” the house said in a statement.

This means that in 2026, Louis Vuitton will present the Monaco Grand Prix Trophy for the sixth consecutive year. Made in its historic workshops in Asnières, the trunk will be covered with the iconic Monogram canvas interpreted in a red tone that evokes the national color of the Principality. While incorporating the Vuitton and Victory “V” signature in white and red, recalling the national flag of Monaco.
The custom-made trunk distills more than 170 years of experience and tradition in the art of travel, once again underlining the French brand's motto: “Victory travels in Louis Vuitton.”
As in other Formula 1 races, the luxury brand will also be represented on the track with creative signage that reinterprets the Louis Vuitton signature to evoke the feeling of speed of Formula 1. Linking the brand's concept of timeless elegance with the legendary Monaco circuit.
The first LV car trunks designed by Georges Vuitton date back to the late 19th century. Trophy Trunks were later created for some of the most important sports competitions: the Copa América in 1993; FIFA World CupTM; the Ballon d'Or; and the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
