Main article: Sancho ready for United return, if Ten Hag leaves

Winger on loan from Borussia Dortmund Jadon Sancho has admitted he is ready to return to parent club Manchester United this summer, but only if manager Erik Ten Hag is not on the bench, according to the Mirror.

Sancho returned to Dortmund for a second spell earlier this season after being left out at United, and found some of his old form during his six-month loan spell. He scored three goals and added two assists in 21 games, helping the German team reach the UEFA Champions League final.

Dortmund would like to sign the 24-year-old permanently but are unlikely to be able to cover the necessary transfer fee, which would likely exceed £50m.

Sancho does not want to give up his career at United, but knows his future remains uncertain with Ten Hag. Outgoing Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel, Brentford manager Thomas Frank and former Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino have all been linked with the job at Old Trafford in recent weeks.
