The summer transfer window is open! Transfer Talk brings you all the latest on rumours, comings and goings and, of course, done deals!
TOP STORY: Arsenal considering signing Sterling from Chelsea
Arsenal are interested in a possible deal for the Chelsea winger Raheem Sterling but they are not willing to pay any fees, The Independent reports.
Chelsea are keen to offload Sterling before the transfer window closes, with the 29-year-old not in manager Enzo Maresca's plans. Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is reported to be an admirer of Sterling and also enjoys a strong relationship with the winger due to their time together at Manchester City.
However, while the Gunners could be interested in a deal, they are reportedly unwilling to pay a fee and the transfer is dependent on Chelsea clearing part of his contract and wages.
The deal is complicated by the fact that Sterling reportedly earns £325,000-a-week at Chelsea and Arsenal are “unlikely” to go above £150,000, meaning Sterling would have to take a sizeable pay cut to join the north London club.
In addition to Sterling, the Daily Mail reveals that Arsenal are considering signing the Bayern Munich winger Kingsley ComanThe Bavarian team have offered Coman to several clubs in Europe, and Bayern are interested in getting rid of the Frenchman.
However, there are reportedly doubts over Arsenal's ability to match Coman's wages at Bayern, which could stifle the chances of a deal materialising.
