Connor McDavid de Canada opened the scoring shortly after, when electricity was at its highest point. Canada hoped to steal one and send their fans happy to their fans, but the United States sought to restore the tone immediately after, and the Americans believed that Charlie Mcavoy did exactly that.
Mcavoy gave McDavid a great success in the first period, and 19 seconds later, Jake Guentzel obtained the equalizer beyond Jordan Binnington. Matthew Tkachuk said it was Mcavoy's success that revitalized the team.
“That is also a moment of message messages, probably one of the play plays,” said Florida Panthers star. “They simply scored a goal, the building swayed and Charlie arrives there and Pops McDavid, as one of the most difficult successes I have seen.”

Justin Trudeau says that he is “very proud” by Canada, since fans booed the United States national anthem, faces ridicule online
Tkachuk added that Mcavoy's teammates “followed” Mcavoy's aggressiveness later.
“That blow to Charlie launched (McDavid) was a kind of game change,” American defense Zach Werenski said. “It is known that it does that. It's great with its size, it is very good on the defensive and I thought it was a perfectly timed success for our team to go in the right direction.”
Dylan Larkin put the United States 2-1 in the second period, and Guentzel then put one on an empty network and the United States won the game.
McDavid still had the hope that Canada can recover and reach the final for a rematch.
“It was fast, of tight, competitive, emotional verification,” he said, through athletics. “I had everything you would want in a hockey game. Apest was not on our way, but this is far from finishing.”
