Premier Lacrosse League unveils new uniforms for 2024 season


On Saturday, the Premier Lacrosse League will kick off its 2024 campaign, highlighted by a rematch of the 2023 championship opening day between the Utah Archers and the Philadelphia Waterdogs on ABC.

All eight teams in the league will have new threads, introduced earlier this week. Here's a look at all the new PLL uniforms for 2024.

Boston Cannons

The Cannons make the city they represent very clear: Boston is printed with a large text on the chest of the shirt.

Featuring a red, white and blue theme, the uniforms make sure to give a big nod to the city's revolutionary roots and the team's name, with a smaller cannon logo appearing on the bottom of the shorts.

California Redwoods

Featuring a green and gold color scheme, the Redwoods' uniforms prominently feature a grizzly bear centered in the team logo, with the bear appearing on both jerseys.

On California's away jersey, it is centered over the state name and on the white home number it appears as one of the O's in the uniform's “WOODS” text.

Carolina Chaos

Featuring a scorpion front and center, Carolina's new jerseys feature a red and black theme. The scorpion is below the lettering on the Chaos home kit and appears through the team logo on the away jersey.

Denver Outlaws

Denver's jerseys draw heavily from the team's logo, which features coiled wires over an O monogram. The emblem appears on the front of the team's home and away threads, each time below the city name in bold.

Maryland whip snakes

The Whipsnakes changed their colors for the 2024 campaign, ditching light green for a new scheme that features the colors of the Maryland state flag: red, yellow and black.

Chief among the threads is the team's new black jersey, which features the Whipsnakes logo: a red snake coiled into the shape of a lacrosse stick within a bright yellow outline.

New York Atlas

Adopting a “New York state of mind” for 2024, the Atlas features striped styling.

Both jerseys feature pinstripes running along the bottom of the main designs, with the state name and number on the white home jersey and the team's bull-centered logo on the light blue away uniform.

Philadelphia Water Dogs

The Waterdogs kept things simple with their new jerseys. A purple and silver color scheme sets the tone as the team moves forward with the same design elements on its home and away uniforms: “PHILLY” emblazoned over the top of a dog emblem front and center.

Utah Archers

The Archers, last season's league champions, will look to defend their title with a new set of uniforms inspired by the geography of Utah.

Among the key features of the Archers' new orange and blue threads is the state name in bold on the front of the jersey, and the outline of the state helps define the A. Mountain imagery also appears on the pants uniform shorts.
