Mbappé's mother hints at the transfer of Real Madrid in her farewell to PSG

Kylian Mbappé hosted a party on Monday to commemorate his farewell to Paris Saint-Germain, during which his mother and agent, Fayza Lamari, hinted that he will join Real Madrid this summer.

Around 250 guests attended the party at Gigi, an upscale Italian restaurant near the Champs-Elysees in Paris. Upon leaving the venue, Lamari was asked where her son would play next season, and she responded: “You all already know.”

Mbappé is expected to join Madrid as he has confirmed that he will leave PSG when his contract expires this summer.

Sources told ESPN that he is expected to join Madrid after the Spanish giants face Dortmund in the Champions League final on June 1.

Mbappé is still eager to compete for France at the Paris Olympics, ESPN sources added, although Madrid remains firm in its belief that its players must choose between playing in Euro 2024 or the Olympic Games.

His father, Wilfried, and younger brother, Ethan, also attended Monday's farewell party, as did most of his PSG teammates, club staff, friends and family.

PSG coach Luis Enrique did not attend. He left out Mbappe for the final two league games of the season, and there are doubts over whether he will play in Saturday's French Cup final against Lyon.

French President Emmanuel Macron and PSG President Nasser Al Khelaifi were invited but also did not attend.
