Jake Paul may not be your average 27-year-old from America. In fact, in recent years he has made his home in Puerto Rico.

However, born and raised in Cleveland and calling the US home for most of his life, the YouTuber-turned-boxer is still in tune with what's happening in the United States.

Paul recently told The Hollywood Reporter that Donald Trump will most likely get his vote in November, but on “Jesse Watters Tonight” he said that's not necessarily a political decision.

“It's not about Democrats or Republicans; it's about which president is going to fight for us and who is going to represent us in the best way possible,” Paul said on the show. “That's really what young people in America want. We want solutions, we don't want all this marketing, we don't want nonsense put in front of us.

“This is the smartest generation. We've had the most access to information and knowledge than any other generation. We can't be fooled. We just want the truth and we want authenticity.”

Watters asked Paul what the solutions are and laughed because it wasn't his “experience,” nor was there enough time in his place on the show to look at all of the country's problems.

But he found something to emphasize.

“I know people are struggling with their jobs, mortgages are too high for people to afford, inflation, prices are going up and the minimum wage is going up,” Paul said. “People have trouble paying their bills and going to school, and then they wonder, 'Hey, I have this college degree, but what has this done for me?'”

Paul then said that the citizens of the United States are not healthy, but not necessarily because of them.

“I think there is a huge problem with our food. The things they are putting in our bodies and allowing in grocery stores are causing massive health problems. I think there needs to be a massive conversation with the National Health Institution.”

Paul's stance on the country's “health issues” influenced the founding of W, a new line of personal care products for men.

Paul said this took about two years to develop, and it all started when he walked into a store and saw “the same product offerings I had when I was like 8 years old.”

“Nothing had changed and [I knew] that could create a better product with better formulas,” he told FOX Business in an interview earlier this week.

Paul said the recent postponement of his fight with Mike Tyson forced him to lock in W's release, and that he will focus on the line before ramping up training again.

The fight was postponed from July 20 to November 15 after Tyson suffered a medical scare on a flight.
