Garcia made the comments on an X-Space show and they quickly went viral.

World Boxing Council President Mauricio Sulaiman announced on X that Garcia had been expelled from the organization.
“In exercise of my authority as WBC President, I hereby expel Ryan Garcia from any activity with our organization,” Sulaiman wrote in X. “We reject any form of discrimination. I fear for Ryan's well-being as he has refused multiple attempts to obtain our help regarding mental health and substance abuse issues.”
Before the expulsion order was issued, he again ranted against X, attempting to defend some of his comments.
Fox News Digital has reached out to Garcia's representatives for comment.
Garcia was suspended by the New York State Athletic Commission for one year last month after testing positive for a banned substance following his fight against Devin Haney in April.
He later wrote on X that he was “officially retired” and claimed he was headed to the UFC. He has rejected any notion that he had a banned substance in his system against Haney.
He tested positive for Ostarine, which is not a steroid but can stimulate muscle growth and is therefore on the World Anti-Doping Agency's list of prohibited substances.

In a statement to Fox News Digital, Garcia and his team said at the time that he was “a victim of substance contamination, with levels measured in billions and trillions of grams, which provided him no advantage in the ring.”
