We didn't hire Biden so he could retire in the White House

Jesse Watters discusses how President Biden should turn to Nick Saban for signs of leadership and knowing when to resign Friday on “Jesse Watters Primetime.”

ALABAMA'S NICK SABAN RETIRES AS SOCCER COACH

JESSE WATTERS: Nick Saban is acknowledging the responsibility you have towards others. He is not self-centered. He is focused on the future of the program, the players and their families who needed a firm commitment.

It takes some humility, some self-awareness, and the ability to look outside yourself to quit at the right time so that the program doesn't sacrifice quality in the future.

This is what leadership looks like. And as we all know, ego can be costly. Biden should listen to nick saban. You must listen to his heart, which we know is not entirely in him. He can't do his job anymore. It was presented as a bridge to the next generation and now it has become a burden. Joe doesn't love routine; he loves the beach. And he clings to the pageantry of the presidency while the entire country suffers.

The attention to detail is not there. He didn't even know that his Secretary of Defense was missing for a week. His days start later and later. The information meetings that were held at 9 am are now held at 11 pm The tapas that were held at 6 pm are now held at 4 pm
