A large medical association based in Washington announced on Tuesday that they had reached an agreement with the Trump administration that required the restoration of dozens of web pages and public health data sets linked to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and gender identity.

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) did not comment on the agreement, but told Fox News Digital that it remains “committed to its mission of eliminating the radical genre and the ideology of federal programs, subject to the applicable law, to ensure that taxpayers' dollars deliver significant results for the US people.”

Until Tuesday, the Medical Association said that the defendants “agreed to restore web pages and data that were unjustly eliminated, ensuring that these critical resources are again available for doctors, scientists, medical professionals and the American public.”

In February, the American district judge appointed by Bush, John Bates, issued a temporary restriction order that required to restore the content while the case was proceeded.
