“Color analysts need to stay fit too!” she wrote in the caption of the Instagram post. “This year I added a little swimming to the workout routine… great muscle endurance and some cardio aerobic at the same time. This morning's circuit below.”

The circuit included some time in the pool, 4×100 freestyle, 4×25 fast, 25 recovery and 2×200 freestyle, as well as, 20x weighted step-ups, 20x push-ups with a heavy resistance band, 10x box jumps, repeated four times.

Brady has proven his worth in recent weeks as he's been able to play more with Kevin Burkhardt. He gave a tough assessment of his own performance after commentating the Dallas Cowboys' win over the Cleveland Browns in Week 1.
