The Trump administration has presented an appeal before the Supreme Court, hoping to obtain permission to say goodbye to the head of the Federal Agency dedicated to protecting complainants.
The emergency appeal, obtained by Associated Press on Sunday, could probably be the beginning of a constant flow of judicial presentations by President Donald Trump's lawyers and his administration destined to reverse the decisions of the lower courts that have delayed their priorities for his second term in office. .
The appeal seeks to prevent Hampton Dellinger from resuming his role as head of the Special Advisor Office.
A lower court judge previously temporarily restored Dellinger to his position, which he was appointed by former President Joe Biden. Now, the Department of Justice is asking the Superior Court to raise the judge's order.

Dellinger has argued that, by law, he can only be fired from his position due to work performance problems, which were not summoned in an email that fired him from his position.
The request of the Trump administration occurred hours after an appeal court refused to lift the order for procedural reasons, which was presented last Wednesday and is expected to expire on February 26.
The case is not expected to be placed in the file until the Supreme Court returns after the holiday weekend of the presidents day. Once presented, the earliest that the judges can act will be Tuesday.

The Trump administration has encountered a wave of demands since the day of the inauguration, and legal experts say that many of them will probably end up in the hands of the Supreme Court.
“President Trump is certainly aggressive in terms of flexion of the Executive Power and is not surprising at all that they question,” Digital's Fox News told Fox News last week, John Malcolm, vice president of the Institute of Constitutional Government of the Heritage Foundation.

Trump began his second term with a wave of executive orders and directives that since then have been attacked by an avalanche of legal challenges.
From Trump's first day at the Oval Office, more than 40 demands on the actions of the Administration have been submitted, including the President's birth law order, immigration policies, federal financing freezing, purchases of federal employees , Elon Musk Government Efficiency Department (Doge) ,, and legal actions against FBI and DOJ employees.
In one of the most recent developments, a federal judge of Rhode Island ordered the Trump administration to defrost the federal funds, claiming that the administration did not adhere to an earlier order to do so. The Trump administration appealed the order to the first circuit shortly after, which was finally denied.

Many of these demands have been filed in jurisdictions of the federal court historically of the left, including the Federal Court of DC. Several challenges have already been appealed to the Courts of Appeal, including Ninth and First Circuits, which in particular say more progressive decisions. The ninth circuit, in particular, has a higher investment rate than other circuit courts.
