Celebrity chef Curtis Stone shared how his cooking skills helped win his wife's heart.
The “Crime Scene Kitchen” judge told Fox News Digital about the early days of his relationship with his wife, Lindsay Price, and what he thinks won her over.
“The first thing I made was chocolate mousse with whiskey,” he shared. “She's a whiskey drinker and we were dating. And I just happened to have some of that in the fridge. I knew she loved whiskey, so one night when we were out to dinner I said, 'Do you want to come over for coffee? Oh, look at this. I made chocolate mousse with whiskey. ' And she's my wife now, so I guess it worked out.”
Stone and Price met and began dating in 2009 and got engaged a few years later in 2012. After a quick engagement, the couple married in the summer of 2013 in Spain.

Since they married, the couple has had two sons, Hudson and Emerson, who Stone says don't like his food as much as Price does. He told Fox News Digital that Emerson is his biggest critic and “sometimes he just opens his mouth” and drops the food.
“It's been a while since it happened, but it's been known to do it, I wouldn't call it spitting, it's more like taking a bite, leaning forward and opening it up,” he explained. “And then it just free-falls. I think that's even more insulting than spitting it out.”

The celebrity chef has cooked for some of the industry's biggest stars, having catered the 2024 SAG Awards, which were attended by Jeremy Allen White, Robert Downey Jr., Jennifer Aniston and other stars.

In addition to catering for major Hollywood events, Stone also cooks for individual celebrities. While her cooking is top-notch, it seems her son isn't the only one who sometimes spits out Stone's food.

“I had Lindsey Vonn. She said she would never eat olives, and I was like, 'Let me try,'” he explained. “So I made a burger and I put olives in the aioli sauce. Very subtle. And as she took a bite, she said, 'I can smell it. I can smell it.' She spit the burger out, but, you know, it's okay. I'll return the favor, Lindsey.”
Stone reteams with Yolanda Gampp as a judge on the FOX cooking competition show, “Crime Scene Kitchen,” in which competitors enter a kitchen where a delicious dessert has just been baked and, after being given a series of clues, are tasked with recreating the dish.
Gampp joked that they've “upped the ante” this season when it comes to the clues given to contestants and that Season 3 is “even better.”
“Our detectives are getting better and better because the idea is that they're bakers, right? But they have to go into the kitchen of the crime scene and try to figure out what was baked there,” Stone said. “And we found that they were getting pretty good at guessing. So, we made it really hard for them this season. So, we see a lot of mistakes.”
