The brothers, 9 and 10, die in alleged DUI accident with a mother in California Wine Country

Two children are dead and his mother is in custody after the authorities say he took out his car from a road in the wine country in northern California while driving drunk and crashed into a tree.

Yesica Barajas was arrested on Sunday under suspicion of drunken drunks after her car crashed while leaving the 29th Highway in Napa in West Imola Avenue, News Kgo reported.

His children, Aaliyah Montanez, 9 years old, and Damien Montanez, 10, were killed in the accident, Kron4 reported.

Barajas, 31, was hospitalized with great injuries and was reserved on Monday night under suspicion of two charges of vehicular homicide and causing large bodily injuries while driving intoxicated, as shown in prison records.

“Damian and Aaliyah were sweet, loving children and full of life that will be greatly surprised,” wrote a family friend on a Gofundme page to help cover the funeral costs for children. “They touched everyone who met.”
