One person was killed when a fight inside a Metro bus erupted with gunfire Wednesday afternoon, LA Metro said.
A group of youths got into an altercation that “spilled” onto a northbound 206 bus at Normandie Avenue and 39th Street in Exposition Park, the agency said.
One of the people in the group who had boarded the bus opened fire on another person in the group, killing the victim, LA Metro said.
The suspects fled before police arrived.
Los Angeles police did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
