Partial list of winners of the 2024 Emmy Awards

The 76th Annual Emmy Awards have kicked off at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles.

“Shōgun” earned the most nominations Sunday night, with 25 nods. Hulu’s “The Bear” followed with 23 nominations and Selena Gomez, Martin Short and Steve Martin’s “Only Murders in the Building” earned 21 nominations.

“Schitt's Creek” co-stars and father-son duo Eugene and Dan Levy hosted the awards show Sunday night.

“My dad and I aren't comedians, so we approach it from a very different perspective,” Dan told People. “But we're both very hard workers and we're determined to make it the best it can be. We want to create an atmosphere that's really welcoming and festive. This is a big night in a lot of people's lives and we just want to be there to make it as festive as possible for everyone.”
