Nearly a year after the body of young Oklahoma military aspirant Noah Presgrove was found on the side of a road, 911 calls reveal the disturbing scene two witnesses encountered the next morning.
Noah Presgrove, 19, was found dead on a rural stretch of US-81 in Jefferson County, Oklahomaon Labor Day 2023. He was last seen alive at a party he attended with a group of friends that night.
A medical examiner's report determined that Presgrove died from “multiple blunt force injuries.”
Fox News Digital obtained two 911 calls from motorists who reported what they initially believed to be a deer lying on the side of the road, which were later determined to be human remains.
OKLAHOMA AUTHORITIES 'HESISTEful' TO CONSIDER TEENAGER'S DEATH A HOMICIDE, PROMINENT PATHOLOGIST SUGGESTS
“It looks like someone got hit, like someone was walking on the highway, laying on the shoulder of the road,” a caller tells the police dispatcher in one of the recordings. “Yeah, like they were on the shoulder, maybe they were walking and someone hit them. I thought it was a deer, but it looks like a body.”
The caller later tells dispatch that the scene looked “terribly strange.”
Minutes later, another witness called 911 to report seeing a body on the side of the same road in the same location as the first caller.
“I was driving to work south of Terral and I'm pretty sure there's someone dead lying on the side of the road. He looks naked,” the caller tells the operator.
CAUSE OF DEATH DETERMINED FOR OKLAHOMA TEENAGER WHO PICKED UP FOR MILITARY SERVICE AND WAS FOUND ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD
“I'm sitting here blocking the road. The body is laying right over the white line,” the caller says, confirming to the call center that it was a naked, lifeless body. “I turned around because I almost hit it. At first, I thought it was a deer and I was talking to a guy I work with and I said, 'I don't think that's a deer,'” the caller says.
The second caller said there also appeared to be a piece of clothing in the middle of the road near the body.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation initially described Presgrove's death as “suspicious,” though the official manner of his death is “undetermined.”

What callers described to 911 operators matches the details in the medical examiner's report.
“The decedent was found nude and wearing only a pair of shoes on the side of a road on the morning of September 4, 2023. No vehicle parts or debris were observed at the scene. At this time, it is unknown how the body was found on the road with multiple blunt force injuries. Therefore, the manner of death is considered undetermined,” the report reads.
The same report stated that Presgrove's cause of death was “multiple blunt force injuries” following an ATV accident that same night.
“Further investigation revealed that the decedent was at a house party and drinking alcohol on September 3, 2023. He was then driving an SUV with several men and was involved in an incident where it rolled over. The decedent was alive after the incident and returned to the party, where he got into an argument with his girlfriend. The decedent left the house party and was not found until the morning of September 4, 2023, on the side of the road,” the report continued.

Presgrove was 19 when he died. He had graduated from Comanche High School and was planning to join the Army.
Presgrove's family created a Facebook page, “Justice for Noah Presgrove,” and is still seeking answers nearly a year later. Rawlings said his family has no ill will toward anyone who knows what happened to Presgrove. They just want closure.
“I think something happened, like there was an accident and the kids got scared. Whether it was when they were in fight club, whether it was when they were on ATVs, whether it was, I don't know, somebody got mad. I can't imagine somebody intentionally hurting Noah,” Noah's sister Madison Rawlings previously told Fox News Digital. “He wasn't in that kind of trouble, and he was never in that kind of drama. He was just like, who cares, you know? So I just can't imagine that happening.”
