When Kidman appeared on the fashion project, she admitted that as a child she wished she was smaller until designers wanted to work with her.

“Can you believe it?” Kidman said. “My whole life I wanted to be 5'2″ and curvy, and all of a sudden, being 5'1″ and completely skinny and flat-chested was like, 'Great, we can dress you.'”

“I grew up watching Audrey Hepburn, Katharine Hepburn and Grace Kelly, all these women whose style was created by the designers they were affiliated with,” Kidman said.

“They loved fashion. I remember thinking, 'Of course, this should be brought to Hollywood now and we should be wearing the clothes that are made in those beautiful salons in Paris. Because that's what they used to do, so why aren't we still doing it? '”
