The Cleveland Browns' rookie field marshal, Shedeur Sanders, went viral by Pantomiming during a recent interview, according to reports in response to comments made by former chief coach Rex Ryan.
Super Bowl's winning coach Bruce Arians questioned why Sanders was being interviewed.
“Why does the third quartback receive interviews?” Arians said during an appearance in “Up & Adams.”

“You have nothing to do with the game, everything is for the media clicks. And he is a personality, but the personality cannot leave until you do something in the field.”
The Browns announced on Wednesday that Dillon Gabriel will be the Marshal of the starting field, and Joe Flacco will be in bank for his game against the Minnesota Vikings.
Flacco fought when the Browns had 1-3 in their four openings, while completing just over 58% of their passes for 815 yards with two touchdowns and six interceptions.
Arians cited the field marshal change as a reason not to make Sanders talk to the media.
“It's a great week for Dillon Gabriel, a great week for Browns making that transition. For him even being available to the press, I don't know why he is doing it,” said Arians.

“For me, it makes no sense to make it available. Who is directing their relationships with the media should reject that.”
Arians said he would try to get the best of Sanders making sure he practices hard and remains prepared.
“Keep growing, go practice every day, work hard, and when your time comes, get ready. Be sure that you are preparing to be the headline every week, and if he is the emergency field marshal, he will be in a great situation. He looked good in that first (preseason game) and looked very, very badly in the second.”
In the viral interview, Sanders was doing words and making hands, but there were no words from his mouth.
Sanders' interview was apparently in response to Ryan's comments about Sanders playing games with the media.

“This child runs his mouth as, 'I have to be a seafood of the starting field', with his arms crossed like this. Get you to … in the front row and study and do all that. If I know, the whole league knows it,” said Ryan in “Sube” of ESPN. “It is no longer a shame that way. You have the talent of being a field marshal. You should be ashamed that you are not the field marshal now.”
Arians was a chief coach at the NFL for eight seasons. He spent five seasons with the Arizona cardinals and three with the Bay Buccaneers. He won the Super Bowl with the Buccaneers in 2020.
In 129 career games as a chief coach, Arians had a record of 80-48-1.
