A group of thieves are wanted in New York City after stealing ATMs and tens of thousands of dollars in cash from 49 stores across the city over a three-month span, authorities say.
Police said the trio of robbers hit 49 stores in Upper Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens between September 19 and December 26, the New York Post reported.
The group stole ATMs from inside stores and took cash and other property before speeding away in cars that were also stolen, police said.
