It didn't take long for New York Giants rookie Malik Nabers to show why he was one of the first wide receivers selected in the 2024 NFL Draft.
The No. 6 overall pick's 35 receptions in four games lead the league. But Sunday will be the second straight game the star will miss due to a head injury. On Friday, the Giants officially ruled Nabers out for New York's Sunday night game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Although Nabers hasn't been able to practice in recent weeks, he recently spent time enjoying a concert at the Giants' home stadium in New Jersey.

A video appeared on social media showing Nabers entering one of the stadium's tunnels while security staff held back some concertgoers.
Nabers was one of approximately 60,000 fans who watched hip-hop star Travis Scott perform in support of his album “Utopia” in East Rutherford. “Utopia” became the best-selling rap album of 2023.

While it's unclear exactly where Nabers was on his road to recovery, loud music and bright lights can often worsen concussion symptoms. However, teams typically handle each concussion based on the unique circumstances and how a given player responds over days, weeks, or even months.
Naber's most recent appearance in an NFL game occurred in Week 4 when the Giants suffered a 20-15 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
Giants head coach Brian Daboll was asked to share his thoughts on Naber's appearance at the concert. However, the coach did not want to reveal any details. “I'll keep him at home,” he said.
Nabers has accumulated 386 receiving yards and three touchdowns so far this season.

The person who hands the ball to Nabers, Giants quarterback Daniel Jones, has been very efficient this season. The sixth-year pro has thrown for 1,138 receiving yards and six touchdowns against three interceptions.
