Kylie Kelce Offers Advice to Cabrini University's Latest Class of Graduates


Kylie Kelce, the wife of former Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce, gave one of the final commencement speeches at Cabrini University, her alma mater, on Sunday.

She began her speech with a joke, saying that graduates should lower their expectations because her husband didn't help her write the speech. Jason Kelce gave a tremendous farewell speech that brought the house down in the offseason.

Kylie Kelce tried to lower graduates' expectations. She said not knowing what they were going to do after school was okay.

“'I don't know' may be an honest and sufficient answer,” he said via Fox 29 Philadelphia. “The truth is that no one has their life completely figured out. And if someone tells you otherwise, they are lying.”

Kelce became emotional when he commented that Cabrini University closed its doors. She graduated from the school in 2017.

“This was his home and this was where he found his extended family,” she said. “In the coming months, when the sign at the front entrance no longer says Cabrini and a new school moves in, he will know that his home still exists.”

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, more than 1,500 people attended the ceremony.

According to the newspaper, in the last undergraduate and graduate classes, 388 students received their diplomas in two separate events.

Cabrini University, after 67 years, will close on June 30 and sell its property to Villanova University.
