Kristin Cavallari Says MTV Producers 'Manipulated' the Lives of 'Laguna Beach' Cast: 'They Took Advantage of Us'

Kristin Cavallari has opened up about her time on one of MTV's most beloved reality shows.

Despite having a short three-season run, the “Laguna Beach” star admitted that her time on the cult classic wasn't all it seemed.

“I think I walked away from 'Laguna Beach' thinking I was the only one MTV had messed with, and I got the short end of the stick, and I took it all very personally,” Cavallari said in an interview with Bustle.

In 2019, “The Hills: New Beginnings” premiered, featuring most of the original cast and some new actors, and focused on the lives of the group of friends now that they were in their 30s and living in Los Angeles.
