A private plane owned by Vince Neil, the main singer of Mötley Crüe, participated in a fatal accident on Monday afternoon at Scottsdale airport in Arizona.
The authorities say that a person was killed and three were injured when the landing train on the Neil plane failed, which caused him to detach himself from the track and crashed into a larger plane.
The plane is registered in Chromed in Hollywood, INC, a Wyoming -based company, which lists Neil as its director, according to the records reviewed by Fox News Digital.
A Neil lawyer confirmed to Azfamily that he was not on the plane.

“On board, Mr. Neil's plane were two pilots and two passengers. Mr. Neil was not on the plane,” says the statement. “The thoughts and prayers of Mr. Neil are with all those involved, and he is grateful for the critical help of all the first to respond today.”
Scottsdale Fire Captain, Dave Folio, said a person was trapped on Neil's plane after the accident, but rescuers could release them from the remains. The person was transferred to a trauma center in critical condition.
“Our thoughts and prayers are all in the aviation community that this affects today,” said Kelli Kuerster, planning and dissemination coordinator of aviation for Scottsdale airport.

The plane came from Austin, Texas, when he crashed.
The authorities said the National Transportation Security Board (NTSB) is investigating the accident.
A spokesman for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) confirmed the accident with Fox News Digital.
“A 35A Learjet deviated from the track after landing and crashed into a Gulfstream 200 commercial plane on the ramp at Scottsdale municipal airport in Arizona around 2:45 pm local time on Monday, February 10,” he said FAA in a statement.
Arizona's attorney general, Kris Mayes, said he was “devastated” when he heard the accident.
“I am devastated when listening that a fatal plane crash has occurred at Scottsdale airport. My thoughts are with the victims of this terrible accident and their loved ones,” Mayes wrote in an X post.
The mayor of Scottsdale, Lisa Borowsky, also shared a statement with Fox 10 Phoenix and said they are closely monitoring the situation.
“Today, Scottsdale sadly experienced an plane accident at our airport. The airport confirmed the accident in an X position shortly after it happened.
“An accident has occurred upon arrival on track 21,” the airport published in X. “The fire department is on stage evaluating the situation. The track of the Scottsdale airport is currently closed.”
Scottsdale airport announced that the track was reopened at 10:38 pm on Monday.
The authorities said the airport operations staff and the emergency staff of a Scottsdale Fire Station responded to the scene within a minute of the collision.
Folio said the track is closed and will remain closed in the “predictable future.”
