EXCLUSIVE: The Department of National Security (DHS) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) have reached an agreement to allow ICE to access taxpayers information to locate illegal immigrants subject to deportation.
The Trump administration presented a memorandum of understanding on Monday night with a court to create railings and a process for ICE requests to IRS for new investigations of illegal criminal immigrants who have failed or refuse to leave the United States 90 days after a judge issued a final elimination order.
“The internal tax service and immigration and customs control have entered a memorandum of understanding to establish a clear and safe process to support police efforts to combat illegal immigration,” said a Treasury department spokesman for Fox News Digital in a statement.

“The bases for this MOU are based on long -standing authorities granted by Congress, which serve to protect the privacy of Americans respectful of the law while rationalizing the ability to prosecute criminals,” said the statement. “After four years that Joe Biden floods the nation with illegal foreigners, the highest priority of President Trump is to guarantee the security of the US people.”
A senior official of the Treasury said that illegal immigrants have received due process, but have exceeded 90 days after the expulsion order of a judge.

A draft agreement informed last month by the Washington Post said it would limit ICE to confirm the directions of illegal immigrants that have final elimination orders.
The agreement would allow ICE to send the names and addresses of illegal immigrants to the IRS, which could then verify those Immigrant Tax Records and provide the Immigration Agency for current management information.
Some IRS veteran officials have expressed concern, arguing that the limited exception was only for criminal investigations and not for the application of immigration. They are also worried that the policy hinders the collection of taxes of illegal immigrants, who are still subject to federal taxes despite being illegally in the country.
