A Judge in Idaho has blocked the release of graphic images of the house where Bryan Kohberger murdered four university students.
The second district judge Megan Marshall issued the ruling on Wednesday, writing that the graphic images that include blood and any of the bodies of the victims will not be released by the agencies of application of the law. Kohberger declared himself guilty of killing Ethan Chapin, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Kaylee Goncalves.
In his ruling, Marshall explained that the launch of such images “would constitute an unjustified invasion of personal privacy.”
“There can be no doubt that photographs, video, audio and other research records in this case are incredibly disturbing,” he added. “The records are difficult to digest and provide a gross vision of the horrible tragedy that occurred on November 13, 2022.”

The application agencies of the Moscow Law, Idaho can still release images and other means related to the murders, but “must turn off” areas within them that contain blood or any body. But Marshall did not stop in a complete prohibition to release research records, saying that the public is interested in seeing them. The families of two of the victims, Mogen and Chapin, requested that some research records be prohibited for their release to the public.
Kohberger He declared himself guilty To the murders on July 2, in an agreement that took the death penalty from the table. The four students of the Idaho University were found dead on November 13, 2022 at their home in Moscow, Idaho, located near the campus.
In exchange for the death penalty to withdraw from the table, Kohberger will meet four consecutive life imprisonment without probation for the four positions of first degree murder and a charge of theft of serious crime.

Following Kohberger's The Judgment on July 23, Judge Steven Hipler lifted the gag order previously imposed on the agencies associated with the case, allowing the release of investigation documents.
