Gordon Ramsay struggled to get his “most difficult guest” to calm down as he opened his new restaurant.

Ramsay, 57, opened a new pub and grill in southern China on Wednesday, and was joined by bulldog Tomato.

“Toughest guest at #gordonramsaypubandgrill last night,” the celebrity chef captioned a video shared to his Instagram Story on Thursday.

“Sit,” Ramsay was heard telling the dog, who decidedly did not want to sit. “Sit tight,” the chef repeated before the bulldog sat up and looked at him.

Ramsay, who hosts “Kitchen Nightmares,” put together clips from his multi-day opening of Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill to share with his 16 million Instagram followers.

“Macao! What a wonderful day opening #GordonRamsayPubandGrill at @the_londoner_macao,” he captioned the post. “And a special thanks to Tomato (the bulldog) for keeping the red carpet clean.”

Ramsay also shared that he stayed in David Beckham's suite while he was there. Beckham left her a note in which he joked: “Sorry for staring at you in the bathroom!!”

When Ramsay is not cooking, he spends time with his wife and children. The chef welcomed his sixth child, Jesse James, with his wife Tana in November. The couple were already parents to Megan, Holly, Jack, Matilda and Oscar.

The baby will make Ramsay the “big daddy” when he's dropped off at school, he joked during a recent interview with “Entertainment Tonight.”

Becoming a father again was “extraordinary,” Ramsay told the outlet. “Really extraordinary, just blessed. I'm also sure I'll be the oldest parent at school, so I'll keep my cap and glasses on.”

The couple's kids are also “pretty cool,” Tana noted, while Ramsay boasted about his four oldest kids.
